We’ve re opened!

TREATMENTS WE’RE CURRENTLY OFFERING:

• MANICURE/PEDICURE (INC GEL)

• BODY TREATMENTS
• WAXING
• EYEBROW TREATMENT
• EYELASH TINTING

THE SCOTTISH GUIDANCE STATES ALL TREATMENTS ARE ‘ALLOWED’ BUT MINIMUM TIME SHOULD BE SPENT IN THE ‘HIGH RISK ZONE’ 

FACE MASKS/COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY.  RISK ASSESSMENTS SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT.

UPON DOING OUR RISK ASSESSMENTS AND CONSULTING WITH MY THERAPISTS,  I FEEL AT THIS EARLY STAGE IT’S TOO SOON TO OFFER LIP/CHIN WAXING, FACIAL IPL OR FACIALS/FACE TREATMENTS. HOWEVER THIS IS UNDER CONSTANT REVIEW AND WE WILL UPDATE YOU ALL WHEN WE SET A DATE FOR STARTING THESE TREATMENTS.

**If you requested a facial, any face treatment (including IPL) or any facial waxing we will delay calling you until we have a date for being able to treat those areas.

  • To maximise available appointment hours, we have extended our opening hours to

7 DAYS A WEEK MONDAY – SUNDAY 8:15AM- 8:15PM 

  • This is so that we only have 1 therapist working at a time, there will be only 1 client and 1 therapist in the clinic at any one time. 
  • We are working either a morning shift (8am-2pm) or an evening shift (2pm-8pm) 4 days on 2 days off.
  • We have made the decision to have these opening hours so that we can see as many of you as possible while minimising any risk, so please be flexible with times if you can. 

Your appointment:

  1. Please come to your appointment alone.
  2. Come to your appointment on time, and wait outside until we open the door. We can’t let you in to the clinic if you are early, we’re not operating a waiting area. If you are late we may not be able to do your treatment.
  3. Please bring only minimum belongings. All of your belongings/coat/bag that you do bring will be placed into a disinfected basket and we ask that you do not touch anything in your basket until after your appointment (including mobile phones).
  4. Please sanitise your hands upon arrival. There is hand sanitisers at reception, in every treatment room and outside the toilet. We would also require you to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds before your treatment.
  5. If you require a refreshment/water please bring this with you as we will not be able to provide refreshments at the moment.
  6. Your therapist will be wearing PPE including a face shield visor, mask, gloves and apron. We ask that you wear a face covering, if you forget yours we have masks available for £1.
  7. Each visit will have a £5 PPE surcharge, to cover the extra cleaning/sanitising time in between clients, and all of the extra PPE needed.
  8. All hand/feet appointments will have a one-off £2 nail kit charge. This is to cover some of the cost of your own personal nail kit that we will only use on you for your hand/feet appointments, this will only be for your first appointment, after that we will use your kit on you for future appointments.
  9. We can only take card payment at the moment, no cash payments can be accepted.
  10. We have 15 minutes minimum sanitising and cleaning time between every appointment. There will be only one therapist working at any one time. Therefore please email us with any queries or leave a voicemail and we will call you back when we are available.
  11. In your appointment reminder will be a  COVID-19 health questionnaire. This MUST be filled out prior to your appointment. 
  12. Cancellation policy exception: if you are showing ANY symptoms of Coronavirus you can cancel your appointment within the cancellation window without charge. You won’t be able to re-book your appointment for 14 days
