We are now able to do all facial treatments including facials, peels, IPL hair removal and facial waxing.
| PPE CHARGE As Scotland has now moved into Level 0 we have had some enquiries about our PPE charge. The PPE charge was introduced when we re-opened after the first lockdown to ensure that it was viable for us to offer most treatments whilst not taking any shortcuts on client safety. The flat rate charge of £5 only partly covered the PPE and sanitisation costs, Definition absorbed the remaining costs as a way of sharing the burden with our clients. To provide some more detail – compliance with the government guidelines required and still requires; thorough clinic sanitisation & ventilation time between clients as well as PPE for which prices have sky rocketed (eg. 1 box of gloves increased from £3.95 to £17.99) Although we are now in level 0, guidelines for close contact services from the government have not changed, therefore we still have those additional overheads to maintain a safe environment. However, as a thank you to our loyal clients, from the 1st of August, Definition will absorb all additional costs incurred and there will be no additional PPE charge to clients. We hope that you will continue to support us in making Definition safe for everyone by continuing to arrive on time for your appointment, and not early.
